  Ordering here is a total disaster. Very unorganized lines could confuse people where to stand. Under the sign of "order here " was actually a pick up line. Waiting for an half hour to get your order is another problem. -_-;; Plus, do not expect a clean table....

  Worst A&W experience ever. The tall brunette girl at the counter was just looking annoyed whike taking orders and of course, she made a mistake when punching mine! When i noticed the regular fries instead of the sweet potatoe fries in my bag, she was rude and said that even if it was her mistake, then i would need to pay the difference and wait for the fries to be ready while rest of my order would wait on the counter. And I believe she was the one in charge; she ahould be an exampme! Bad customer service.

  Extremely slow service. Long lines but not because it's peek time, but rather because it takes them forever to prepare any order.

  Absolutely disgusting. A&W should be ashamed and aware that they're bastardizing their Trademark Foods. Everything tasted way off; borderline past-due meats, freezer burned fries & onion rings. Should've taken my friends advice and had a croissant sandwich at the Café.
